Play ‘n Go promotes greed, and we love it
Play ‘n Go’s latest video slot won’t be the first time that the seven deadly sins have appeared in a video slot, but it may be the first time they have appeared quite like this.
The 7 Sins slot machine takes the seven deadly sins and gives them human form. Each is represented by a seductive lady, who will try her hardest to lure you into playing.
Greed is a powerful sin, and there is every chance it will take over you when playing this slot machine.
The new slot offers a 5-reel, 243 ways to win format, and comes fully compatible with mobile gaming devices. This means that you can play the game on your favourite smartphones and tablets, as well as computers.
The new slot is scheduled for release on November 24, so players shouldn’t have to wait too long to get their hands on this new slot machine game, either.
What we love
The 7 Sins slot machine contains two types of wilds, and we simply love that. The first of these is your standard issue wild. It appears as a lucky 7 symbol, and it can substitute for all other symbols in the game, barring bonus icons. The second wild is a double lucky 7 symbol, and it acts as a split symbol.

This means that it can count as two symbols. Up to two of these can appear on the reels, potentially give you the chance to win with 7-of-a-kind combinations.
You will actually need to have a 7-of-a-kind combination in order to win the slot’s non-progressive jackpot. Landing a winning combination full of wilds is no small feat, but we actually came close a number of times and that is terribly exciting stuff.
What we do not like
We find it strange that a slot that concerns “greed” amongst other sins doesn’t contain a proper gamble feature. That would be a real test, to see if you do commit one of the deadly seven whilst playing. That’s hardly a serious criticism of the slot, though.
What is more worrying is the fact that there are 11 standard paying symbols on the reels of this slot (not counting wilds and bonus icons). These 11 symbols include the aforementioned 7 deadly sins, as well as 4 low paying playing card suit symbols.
The excess of symbols on the reels of this slot makes it somewhat challenging to land plenty of winning combinations. There always seems to be one or two useless symbols occupying a spot on the reels which we’d rather have filled by a more rewarding icon.
Worth playing?
The 11 symbol issue is a problem, but it’s not a deal breaker. There are far more good points than bad with the 7 Sins slot. This game should be out before the end of November, and we do urge all players to have a crack at playing this game. They won’t regret giving it a run for its money, we can assure you of that.
